SeguroSenior offers specialized insurance services tailored to the needs of senior citizens. By accessing this website or using our services, you agree to these terms under Spanish jurisdiction.

2. Service Categories

2.1 Insurance Services

Coverage plans for health, travel, and long-term care services designed for individuals aged 60 and above. Policy details are governed by applicable regulations.

2.2 Information Products

Digital guides, webinars, and e-books focused on health tips, wellness programs, and policy explanations. Access is provided via downloadable files or streaming formats.

2.3 Physical Products

Branded items such as health monitors, emergency response devices, and wellness kits shipped to the customer’s address as specified during checkout.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Insurance Services

Cancellation requests received within 14 days of enrollment will receive a full refund to the original payment method. Requests after this period may qualify for service postponement upon approval. To request cancellation or postponement, please use our customer support form. Refund processing may take up to 14 calendar days from the date of approval.

3.2 Information Products

If digital materials have not been downloaded or accessed, refund requests submitted within 7 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method. After 7 days or if access has been granted, no refund is available due to the intangible nature of the product.

3.3 Physical Products

Items may be sent back within 30 days of receipt in unused condition. After we confirm the item condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending items back. swap are available upon request through our customer support form.

SeguroSenior reserves the right to update service terms, coverage options, and product specifications. We will notify customers of significant changes via email or announcements on segurseniup.com. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the revisions.
